BETTER PIZZA, BECAUSE IT’S YOURS
Sitting on the The Mayor property line was a small building, a shell really. After settling in next door with a feel for the neighborhood, we gave it some thought; how do you maximize a space that is too small for a sit-down but no hungry student could ignore…? That’s right, pizza. Add one 800° stone-fired pizza oven, a little subway tile here, stainless steel there, and this old shell has become a hole in the wall named “Citizen Pie”. In about 90 seconds we’re able to turn around a custom, high quality pie that includes generous toppings and the perfect crust. Get the day’s veggies in too with a salad made fresh to order as you watch — either way it’s the same path to a satisfying meal.

The Mayor is an ultra-casual lounge shot through with 70’s and 80’s nostalgia. Located in the center of a college neighborhood, and within walking distance of NAU, this never ending house party aims to be the official 20-30 something hangout in Flagstaff.
At nearly 7000ft, the city enjoys great outdoor weather throughout much of the year. The centerpiece of The Mayor, on both its massive patio and the logo, is a converted 1971 stainless steel Airstream “Land Yacht” bar! Not be outdone by an old trailer, when the temperature drops friends pile inside for the neon long bar topped with craft beer and freshly made pizza rolls. Or maybe it’s off to a shag-filled nook lit by lava lamp for an adult snow cone and hot cafeteria tray lunch. The Mayor, given its namesake, also dabbles in community politics with a unique monthly election system that drives interest to every Plated Projects location. You can’t complain about the legwork of running for office though because time spent here is all about the perks!

Located inside the historic Continental Country Club, surrounded by 2,300 member homes and Club Wyndham resort, the Oakmont is an ambitious concept that ties together three multi-faceted spaces under one big roof. Opened in 2014, the Oakmont restaurant is wrapped in golden pine and showcases its mid-century roots with a distinctive window wall facing an awarding winning patio and the picturesque Continental green.

The VENUE
The Oakmont is also home to a premiere Flagstaff destination for hosted entertainment, named simply the "Venue". Catered via kitchen, steps away from the full restaurant, and with direct access to the entire country club property, these private room are merely the first stop to creating an unforgettable experience.

Despite being one of our earliest concepts, Taverna has reminded a popular destination for more than 8 years. Its low lit, intimate setting, and unique fare encourage interest amongst Flagstaff’s locals and tourists alike.
While Greek rarely comes to mind as a starting place for most restaurateurs it was a logical springboard that played to our founding strengths. We serve up authentic, traditional regional recipes; hummus, gnocchi, and rotisserie gyro, together with a wide selection of faithful, delicious plays on the same. Bacon wrapped dates tossed with honeyed almonds and blue cheese, and our intensely decadent baklava cheesecake are just a few of many choices that illustrate why Taverna became a consistent favorite in northern Arizona’s fastest growing city.

WHEN OVER EASY FIRST OPENED IN 2008, IT WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY HERALDED AS THE BEST BREAKFAST IN THE CITY OF PHOENIX.
Critics and customers alike were wowed by its menu of from-scratch cooking, quirky, throw back décor, and Midwestern hospitality. Featured on the Food Network, in Bon Appétit Magazine, as well as numerous local media outlets, Over Easy continues to be a favorite for all things breakfast.
Over Easy prides itself on doing basic Americana right; Chicken fried steak, fluffy omelets, Iced coffee, and fresh squeezed juice, but it isn’t afraid to plate up a twist on the classics. Banana-pecan brioche french toast, waffle dogs, loko moko, and housemade protein bars highlight just a few of the things that keep Over Easy in mind for breakfast-hungry customers.
